Google My Business helps any business connect with their customers for free. But SMBs weren’t taking full advantage of it. I directed our senior creative team and internal motion designers to create a series of simple product demonstrations highlighting the benefits of the “Reviews” and “Gallery” features - told through the authentic stories of local business owners.
